Filled with state of the art TechnoGym equipment, EFC's Performance & Fitness Center is home to a variety of workout machines and free weights. Along wtih access to the gym facility, EFC members also have private sessions, group fitness, mediation & yoga classes, and stretching sessions available to them.



Dr. August Lemming

Dr. August Leming attended Columbia University, where he earned a B.A. in Psychology with a minor in Philosophy. He completed his Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology at Seton Hall University, where he also served as an Adjunct Professor in Adolescent Psychology, Child Psychology and Statistics. August Leming is an internationally recognized expert in human motivation, behavior change and performance psychology. August recently authored his first book, The Psychology of Coaching, as part of an internationally recognized course in behavior modification and motivation.

Fitness Coach, Mediation & Yoga Teacher

Coach Luis is a spiritual fitness coach, mediation & yoga teacher with over 25 year of experience in fitness, health, wellness, and spirtuality. With his deep passion and commitment to excellence, Coach Luis's drive and focus comes from the love to serve the world powerfully. He understands the relationship between the mind, body and spirit as being one element to achieve optimal performance in a person's life.


Dylan Leo

Coach Dylan holds a bachelor's of science degree from the University of Delaware in strength and conditioning. He is a certified personal trainer and has a background working in physical therapy. Dylan has experience working with a wide range of populations, from high level athletes to older adults. His love for health and fitness, as well as for helping others become the best version of themselves, is what motivates him everyday.


Kelly Fisher

Coach Kelly is an all-american track-and-field athlete from Saint Augustines University where he holds a bachelor'ss degree in human performance and wellness. Kelly's expterise in corrective exercise originates from the Gray Institute in applied functional science. He also has a vast knowledge of strength and conditioning, speed, agility and injury prevention.
