Alana Bennett

Alana Bennett is a CIA Hyde Park Alumni and was the former Private Chef to ownership of the NY Mets for 8 Years. Alana was the Sous Chef of the Renaissance Hotel before joining the EFC Team in 2021.


Hector Suarez

Chef Hector was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York and completed multiple job corps as well as advanced culinary training in California. Hector has been in the industry for 12 years, and specializes in German/Austrian schnitzel. Chef Hector has held multiple postions as a sous chef in various locations, and in June of 2021, became our sous chef at EFC.
